Distributed environments

The Working Group on Distributed Environments explored issues of concern when distributing a Software Engineering Environment (SEE) over a set of cooperating processors. The emphasis was on identifying the implementation issues relating to methodology, procedures, tools, and computer facilities and, appropriate research directions relating to distributed SEEs.
