User Experience (UX) is critical for user acceptance of the mobile service. In this paper, we report a case study which aims to evaluate the UX of Post Traumatic Mobile Service (PTMS). A combined approach of cognitive walkthrough, longitudinal field trial feedback and subjective evaluation survey is adapted. The results show that the combined approach is an effective approach to evaluate the UX of mobile service, and although PTMS need further improvements, it is still a feasible, effective and reliable service.
