궤도차량의 엔진과 정유압기계식 변속기(HMT)의 통합제어

A consolidated control algorithm was developed for an engine-HMT system for tracked vehicle considering the power transmission characteristics of HMT which consists of hydro-static transmission(HST) and several planetary gear trains. Control algorithm was derived in order for the engine to run on the optimal operating line(OOL) by controlling the engine throttle opening and HST stroke. For the consolidated control of engine - HMT, engine dynamics, HST stroke dynamics were obtained as well as tracked vehicle dynamics. Also, power transmission characteristics were included by using the extended Network theory. Simulation results showed that the engine can be operated close to OOL by the consolidated control of engine- HMT except for those points requiring the large change in acceleration.
