삼각단면 마이크로 히트파이프에 대한 기초연구

Elementary studies were conducted to obtain the manufacturing technologies and operational characteristics of micro heat pipe having a triangular cross section. Numerical analyses were performed to investigate the characteristic of heat transfer for the specified geometry of MHP. A brief discussion on the manufacturing processes of MHP and the charging procedures of working fluids has been mentioned with the problems related to the amount of charging fluid, brazing, and the configuration of inside triangular cross-sectional area.
