Some High-Temperature Properties and the Raman Scattering Spectra of CsH 2 PO 4

High-temperature properties of CsH 2 PO 4 single crystals were studied by polarizing-microscopic observations and thermal expansion measurements. The transition at 230°C was confirmed, but the one at 150°C reported by Rapoport et al. was not. The Raman scattering spectra were taken for various scattering orientations at various temperatures. No soft modes were detected.
