Predictive function optimization control strategy of hydraulic servo system

Hydraulic control has been widely applied in the economic and civil construction, mechanical processing and metal casting process such as mechanical field for the advantages of high response speed and control precision, and on-line vibration parameters adjustment. This work studies the mathematical model of the hydraulic vibration servo control system, and analyzes the non-linear, time-varying and model structure uncertainty features of the objects. To meet the requirement that control system has to track trajectory in a fast and accurate way, this paper proposes an advanced control strategy based on predictive function control (PFC). The simulation results in this work show that our proposed method is effective, and therefore improve the tracking speed, accuracy and robustness.
