EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCH ABOUT WEIGHTING PHASE IN ROTOR DYNAMIC BALANCING

Based on a great deal of experimental data,the optimal position of first weighting in dynamic balancing of multi-bearing rotor was explored.The experiments under and up 1st critical speed show that,the optimal position of first weighting stays in a certain sector area.According to the basic vibration theory and experimental data,the position of the first test weights from that area could be selected to improve the precision of dynamic balancing.This result could help to decrease the times of start-up of machines and enhance the dynamic balancing efficiency.
