Analysis on Material Flow and Energy Flow of Ironmaking System

The energy consumption of ironmaking system accounts for more than 60% for that of an integrated steel plant.One of the most effective ways to solve these problems is to improve the energy efficiency of the ironmaking system.From the view of material flow and energy flow,the resources and energy consumption status of ironmaking system are analyzed in this paper.And then,the CO2 emissions caused by carbon energy of Tangshan Steel is calculated.
