Experimental Validation of Transport SDN Restoration of Signal-Degraded Connections in Flexi-Grid Networks

We validate experimentally the integration of a PCE-based T-SDN controller with an OAM Handler to restore signal-degraded flexi-grid connections. A distributed monitoring system is adopted where a RSMA algorithm exploits benefits of elastic optical networks.
