W latach 1967-1968 badano populacje Clethrionomys glareolus zamieszkującą las świerkowy na Witoszy. Badania prowadzono dwa razy do roku metodą Standard Minimum. Na podstawie wynikow wylowu (Tabela 1) oszacowano metodą rozkladow ucietych (Janion, Ryszkowski i Wierzbowska, 1968), liczebnośc populacji w badanych okresach (Ryc. 1).
