Anchor Tension Calculation for the Special Pile Anchor Supporting Structure in a Deep Foundation Pit

The supporting structure designing in deep foundation pit is one of the hot issues in geotechnical engineering. The supporting system with the cooperative work of pile, anchor and ribbed beam (PARBSS) is an improved supporting structure for deep foundation pit. The PARBSS has an equal horizontal displacement at the common point of the pile, anchor and ribbed beam. On the base of the deformation coordination theory, the solving models are deduced for both the service stress and prestressing force of anchor in PARBSS. In these models, the ribbed beams are deemed to be finite length beam on the Winkler foundation model. Research shows: The anchor prestressed solved from we built model is bigger than the situation of ribbed beam action without being considered. For the PARBSS, the overall stiffness is improved due to the presence of ribbed beam. And the internal force of anchor is smaller than the situation of ribbed beam action without considering. By using the PARBSS in an actual engineering, both the improved supporting system and the anchor stress calculation models are verified. Moreover, the theory calculation results and application of practical engineering are basically the same. It shows that the calculation model is correct and the improved supporting system can be popularized and applied.
