Use of probes for measuring the electrical conductance of anisotropic plates

ConclusionsThe sensitivity of four-probe methods of measurement to the conductance anisotropy of plate specimens depends considerably on the particular probe configuration. By combining various configurations, it is possible to come up with a setup which allows one to measure all three components of conductance on a single plate specimen.
