Research on Electromagnetic Field of Permanent Magnet Retarder

The electromagnetic field of permanent magnet retarder was calculated by using the program ANSYS.Based on the numerical results,the characteristics of electromagnetic field of material area and air gas were especially analyzed.A careful analysis of the simulation result helps to form a deep understanding of the characteristics of electromagnetic field,the working mechanism of permanent magnet retarder.The parameters of electromagnetic field are obtained by the calculative method.
