A Study of How to Construct Forewarning Index Systems to Help Avoid Expressway Disasters

This paper does a research on the construction of a forewarning index system for expressway disasters. It demonstrates the main ideas and principles of how to form this system, and designs a series of index systems based on expressway environmental safety, road running availability and running management reliability. It also simply presents a valid evaluating method for the index system.
