The application of solidification/stabilization to waste materials

Designed to assist in the planning, costing and implementation of solidification/stabilization procedures, this work explains solidification/stabilization technology and its application to various waste materials. It answers important questions regarding this technology, and describes some of the complications encountered when treating organic contaminants. Performance objectives and guidance on issues to consider when deciding whether to use solidification/stabilization are also given.
