The input-output optimization model is one of the major orientations of research and application in the input-output analysis. The commonly used optimization methods that are combined with input-output model includes linear programming, multi-objective programming, CGE model, high-speed growth model, modem control theory, and etc. The rapid development of modem science and technology has permeated economics. The development of Grey system theory, complexity science, especially modem optimization algorithms such as genetic algorithm, artificial neural network and ant-colony algorithm provide new opportunities for promoting the innovations of input-output optimization model.
