Research on Time Series Model for Human Resource Management Based on Web Technique

The data produced from global different branch companies of one enterprise every day can be regarded as time series data. It is important and valuable for managers to make planning, decision, and control based on these time series data. The purpose of this paper is to present an application of Web technology to model analysis of management data in e-business. Firstly, we discussed the data collection and data processing during the data mining. We described and demonstrated the data mining flow for evaluating performance of public service-oriented government in detail. Secondly, we proposed the improved system modeling method to model the data of management. The dynamitic data system theory was discussed simply in the sector. Then the modeling procedure was described by detailing the appropriate steps of modeling algorithm. At last, the conclusions were given. The discussion indicated that the method is appropriate to management in e-business.
