Design And Implement ation of An ECG Medical Treatment Information Sharing Platform Based on The HL7 Standard

Objective: To solve problems in the construction of regional hospital information platform, including difficulties in medical information collection, inconsistent data standards and incongruent information sharing process and so on, we achieve effective sharing of medical information in a region. Methods: a HL7 engine and a web service interface were designed on the Windows platform by investigating the web service technology and the standard of HL7 medical information exchange. A HL7 engine mainly involves HL7 information construction and analysis. The nonstandard data can be transformed into HL7 standard data through the HL7 engine. The transport channel for data exchange is provided by web service interface. Results: seamless transfer of data between heterogeneous systems is realized by the introduction of HL7 engine. Data exchange between remote servers and doctor workstations with different platforms, operating systems and languages is flexibly facilitated due to the building of web service interface. Conclusions: the problem of hospital information sharing is solved, and a fast channel for information exchange between medical systems is set up. This research can improve the efficiency and core competitiveness of health care systems and provide references for health management systems of other chronic diseases such as hypertension, high blood sugar, respiratory disorders. The platform proposed in this paper has an important practical significance for medical informatization.
