High-Temperature Superconductor Phase-Shifter

Design problems of high-temperature superconductors (HTSC) film digital phase shifters are discussed. Current controlled HTSC film switch is used as a switching element. This allows an uniform fabrication of all components of the HTSC microwave integrated circuits. The results of simulation of the two-bit phase shifters based on the HTSC switching elements are discussed in comparison with experimental results.
