The Evaluation Method based on Fuzzy Theory for Complex System

The fuzzy synthetic evaluation method is more advantage than other methods in complex system's evaluation.In this paper,presents a brief introduction to the basic theory and build a mathematical model of fuzzy evaluation,and then give the expression of fuzzy matrix for complex system and the course of reasoning.The application in the use of the design in certain V/STOL aircraft proved the realization of this method.It has definite reference value in evaluation and design of complex system.
