건강 체력과 아동에게 적합한 운동

The purpose of this study was twofold: 1) To discuss the concept of health-related fitness(HRF), problem exercises and appropriate exercises for children and 2) To present a practical lesson paln designed for enhancing fitness level of children at grades 5 and 6. the concept of health-related fitness, warm-up and cool-down activities, trips for stretching, and harmful/appropriate exercises lesson plan proviede were 1) to improve cardiocascular endurance, 2) to rate personal activity levels with an exertion scale, and 3) to review taking a pulse rate.
