Method for ultrasonically testing coupling quality of multilayered media

The invention relates to a method for ultrasonically testing the coupling quality of multilayered media. The method comprises the following steps: (1) setting parameters of an ultrasonic detection instrument and a probe; (2) producing a multilayered medium standard model consistent with the on-site multilayered media, and setting different coupling degrees in the standard model; (3) performing ultrasonic detection on the standard model produced in the step (2) under the set detection parameters by the ultrasonic detection instrument to obtain a standard detection atlas, and storing the standard detection atlas and the detection parameters into a computer; and (4) performing ultrasonic detection on the on-site multilayered media by the ultrasonic detection instrument, inputting a detection atlas and the detection parameters into the computer, comparing the detection atlas of the on-site multilayered media with the standard detection atlas obtained in the step (3), and automatically identifying the coupling quality of the on-site multilayered media by the computer. Compared with the prior art, the method can accurately detect the coupling quality of the multilayered media, and has the characteristics of high speed, high efficiency, and time-saving and effort-saving effects.
