Numerical Simulation of More Active Loading Process of Triple Valve Body

Using finite element analysis software, the more active loading forming process of the triple valve body was simulated. By comparing the time-speed chart, the equivalent strain chart, the curves of doing work and extrsion force among the three different forming ways including the more active loading and multi-step loading and multi-order loading, the best technology program is found, that’s the multi-step loading, which has the smooth curve of extrusion force, smaller die injury and no metal folding. The metal flow rule is discussed by velocity vector chart during multi-step loading.
