A Study on the School-running Mode Based on “Integration of Sports Training and Quality Education” in Sport Vocational Colleges and Its Practice

By analyzing the characteristics of the personnel training mode based on"Integration of Sports Training and Quality Education"and taking Guangzhou Polytechnic of Sports for example,this essay introduces the practice of the mode in the aspects of the guarantee for the operations of the system and the mechanism,the channels for talents in competitive sports to enter a higher school and the educational reform based on athletes' career development,to provide reference for shool-running innovations in sport vocational colleges.
