Human-centered multimedia: representations and challenges

Human has always been a part of the computational loop. So, what do we mean by human-centered computing (HCC)? aren't humans always the focus of computations some how? The goal of this paper is to help answer this question within the context of multimedia applilations. So, what do we mean by human-centered multimedia systems. We discuss some issues and challenges facing developing real humancentered multimedia applications.
