Output Feedback Reliable Control for Uncertain Systems with Time-Delay

The reliable control problem of robust output feedback is investigated for a class of uncertain system with time delay. The system under consideration involves state time delay and parameter uncertainties. The observer and linear memoryless dynamic output feedback controller were designed, thus for actuator failures occurring among a prespecified subset of actuators, the closed loop system is asymptotically stable. A numerical example is presented to illustrate the results and simulation shows that the method is effective.
