PURPOSE: A method and a system for analyzing the electronic commerce are provided to diversely analyze an electronic commerce system by integrally analyzing the records of visitors connecting to a service system and the sales data and the customer data sampled from the off-line. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a client sampling unit generating analysis data including the connecting history of visitors from a log file(S100), storing the analysis data in a data web house(S160), storing the sales data transferred from a database in the data web house, and diversely analyzing the operation characteristic of the electronic commerce system by integrating the analysis data with the sales data. When analyzing the operation characteristic of the electronic commerce system, a format of a report and an analysis schedule are previously defined and registered. Analysis is performed depending on the registered schedule and format by calling the analysis data and the sales data. A report about the result of analysis is written and transferred to the electronic commerce system.
