The machining equipment for al-form material

An apparatus for processing an Al-form panel member is provided to simultaneously form a plurality of clamping holes and grooves on two parallel longitudinal walls by three successive processes after cutting a long Al-form panel member on which only a panel and longitudinal walls are integrally extruded without lateral walls or a reinforcement being connected to the panel to a proper length according to the specification of an Al-form panel. An apparatus for processing an Al-form panel member comprises: a cutting equipment(100) comprising a workbench with transfer means for proceeding a panel member(10), a pair of disk-shaped cutting saws(120) which are reciprocated side to side on the workbench, and which can adjust a distance therebetween, and panel member alignment means(130) for aligning the panel member on the workbench; a punching equipment(200) comprising a plurality pairs of punches, panel member transfer means(220) installed between left and right punches, panel member alignment means(230) installed at a front end part thereof, a direct upper part of a pass line and a direct lower part of the pass line, and two pairs of disk-shaped rib groove saws(240) respectively installed at both sides of front and rear parts thereof and reciprocated side to side; and a notching equipment(300) comprising a plurality pairs of disk-shaped notching saws(310) which are reciprocated up and down, and of which at least one side notching saws are reciprocated side to side, panel member transfer means installed between the left and right notching saws, and panel member alignment means installed at a front end part thereof, the direct upper part of the pass line and the direct lower part of the pass line.
