Some Highlights in Relation to Smart Grid

The smart grid is a hot topic recently. In this paper the hot topics in this field,such as the definition and features of smart grid,its impetus and goal as well as the guidelines and development,key technical problems to be adopted such as new system elements,new types of transducers and measurement technique,advanced interfaces,accident-starting fast simulation decision-making and coordinated and adaptive control etc.,and difficulties,are analyzed and discussed.
