暂无分享,去创建一个
Abstract This paper discusses the subject of emergency control from a broad perspective of utility experience with reference to why these controls are required, the key issues associated with design, and how they may be implemented. Examples are given to illustrate the variety of schemes and their applications. Finally, a view of the future is provided with consideration to the advancement of technology including real-time system monitoring, artificial intelligence, and advanced analysis methods.
