Coexistent Allgrove (Triple A) Syndrome, Tracheal Bronchus, and Aberrant Right Subclavian Artery in an Adult Woman

We report a patient with Triple A/Allgrove syndrome coexisting with a tracheal bronchus and aberrant right subclavian artery. A 21-year-old woman presented with recurrent respiratory infections, Addison disease, and dysphagia resulting in the diagnosis of Triple A/Allgrove syndrome. Enhanced thoracic CT scan also revealed right upper lobe tracheal bronchus and aberrant right subclavian artery. The components and presentation of rare Triple A/Allgrove syndrome are reviewed and the associated abnormalities in this patient-tracheal bronchus and aberrant right subclavian artery are discussed as well.
