The invention relates to an integrative processing system for ultrasonic sludge-water separation for a combined sewage suction truck. The system comprises an ultrasonic sludge-water separation pre-treatment device, a sewage recycling device, a muddy water reverse discharge device, a sludge reverse discharge device and an ultrasonic sludge-water separation pre-treatment device, wherein the ultrasonic sludge-water separation pre-treatment device comprises a generator, an ultrasonic drive power supply and ultrasonic vibration components; the generator is connected with the ultrasonic drive power supply; the ultrasonic drive power supply is connected with a plurality of ultrasonic vibration components through cables; the ultrasonic vibration components are arranged at the periphery of a combined sewage suction truck tank body; each ultrasonic vibration component comprises an ultrasonic transducer, an amplitude-change pole and an emission head, which are sequentially connected; and the emission heads of the plurality of ultrasonic vibration components are symmetrically arranged towards the bottom of the tank body. Sludge and water in the sewage can be fully separated by virtue of the ultrasonic sludge-water separation pre-treatment device, and then water and sludge are respectively discharged, so that the sludge-water separation efficiency is improved.
