A guide device and a surgical procedure method for implant

PURPOSE: An implant placement apparatus and an implant procedure method thereof are provided to plant a provisional implant on the correct position or to an accurate depth. CONSTITUTION: An implant placement apparatus includes a drill(80) cutting out a groove on a jawbone, a provisional improvement placed in the groove to support a prosthetic appliance for the time when a main implant is boned to the jawbone with the main implant placed in the jawbone, and a guide unit(10) guiding the provisional tooth to the position in the groove for the placement. The guide device comprises multiple main implant holes and multiple main provisional implant holes.
