The invention discloses a channel state information reporting method and system, a user terminal and a base station. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring channel state information CSI; reporting the acquired CSI to the base station, wherein the reported CSI at least comprises one of the following information: a first repeat number; at least one piece of channel quality indicator information, wherein the at least one CQI is the CQI corresponding to a second repeat number; a third repeat number and at least one CQI corresponding to the third repeat number; and a fourth repeat number and at least two CQI corresponding to the fourth repeat number respectively.
