Sufficient condition for the asymptotic stability of interval matrices

The stability of interval matrices has been studied by Bialas(1983), but Bialas's main theorem on the stability of interval matrices has been shown to be false by Barmish (1984). A new sufficient condition for the asymptotic stability of interval matrices is given in the present paper.
