PURPOSE: To improve stability of a carton by forming a blank so that an upper wall for closing a contained package is formed, and an insertion flap or a closing tab is connected to the blank, and a reinforcement member is connected to the insertion flap or the closing tab. CONSTITUTION: A front wall 20 of a package forming a carton, a rear wall 18, a bottom wall 19, parts forming right and left end walls 39, 40, 33, 35 to 38 and right and left closing tabs 17, 21 are formed from a rectangular blank 12 by connecting them with hinge lines 24, 25 and folding lines 28, 29, 42, respectively. When the package is formed by folding the respective parts with respect to the respective hinge lines 24, 25 and the folding lines 28, 29, 42, a dual structure upper wall region 44a is formed by folding inward reinforcing members 15, 23 into an inside of the front wall 20 and the rear wall 18 to make a lid.
