New CCII-based differentiator and its applications

A new CMOS CCII-based MOSFET-C differentiator and its filter applications are resented. A biquadratic filter is constructed which allows the realization of lowpass, bandpass, highpass transfer functions with independently adjustable arameters. A third-order highpass ladder filter with 0-1 dB assband ripple is designed and simulated. Experimental results are also rovided to verify the time-domain response of this new MOSFET-C differentiator. Finally, a simple biquad filter is experimentally demonstrated.
