Isolated Dissection of the Superior Mesenteric Artery: Case Report

Giris: Superior mezenter arter diseksiyonu (SMA) aort diseksiyonunun bir parcasi olarak ortaya cikabildigi gibi nadiren izolede olabilir. Hastalar ozellikle yemeklerden sonra baslayan muphem bir karin agrisi sikayetiyle basvururlar. Olgu Sunumu: Biz bu yazida fizik muayene ile uyumsuz inatci karin agrisi sikayetiyle acil servise basvuran, izole spontan SMA diseksiyonu tanisi konulan ve konservatif olarak tedavi edilen bir olguyu son literatur bilgileri isiginda sunmak istedik. Sonuc: SMA diseksiyonlarinda klinik seyir birbirinden farkli olabilir ve sonucunu tahmin etmek zordur. Bu klinik cesitlilikten oturu konservatif tedaviden, endovaskuler tedaviye ve cerrahi revaskularizasyona kadar degisen farkli tedavi yaklasimlari mumkundur.
