Mathematical Simulation on Effect of PAPR Improvement for Radar Jamming Signal Based on the Phase Method

The PAPR improvement of radar suppressive jamming signal directly affects the jamming effect. Firstly, the characteristics of PAPR improvement method based on signal amplitude are analyzed. Then, combined with the idea of PAPR improvement in communication system, the PAPR improvement algorithm based on phase method is proposed, and the mathematical simulation is carried out. The effects before and after improvement are compared and analyzed. The mathematical simulation results have important guiding significance for the engineering design of radar jammer.
