A sine wave transmitter source based on PWM source is designed according to the characteristics of magnetic thickness tool such as small size,low power and high temperature resistance.PIC microprocessor is used as the master control chip of the system.After amplified by full-bridge power amplifier and filtered by low-pass filter,the PWM signal produced by the PIC is exported as sine wave by a transmitting coil.The sine wave is used as the driving source for magnetic thickness tool.In the experiment,the N80 steel is used as casing material,and to detect the change of the magnetic field strength and phase in casing.Experiment results show that the incentive module meets the requirements of instruments design.
