The full text of the paper describes in detail: 1) the identification of the time series model from autocorrelation and partial correlation of the data; 2) the estimation of the , 6, ramp and random walk parameters using maximum likelihood and nonlinear least squares; and 3) the means by which one would deduce model adequacy through autocorrelation of the white noise residuals and confidence limit theory.
