Expert system for engineering assets' management of utility companies

The article is concerned with problems associated with expert system implementation for technical state and reliability assessment of power networks complex object, such as substation. The article presents operation algorithm and structure of designed expert system. The article also contains calculation example of technical state assessment of power transformer by means of neural fuzzy inference based on transformer components' state analysis.
