Fuzzy multi-attribute decision making method based on fuzzy C-OWA operator

The continuous ordered weighted averaging(C-OWA) operator is extended to accommodated fuzzy environment.Some new fuzzy C-OWA(FC-OWA) operators for aggregating fuzzy information,such as the weighted FC-OWA(WFC-OWA) operator,pessimistic WFC-OWA(PWFC-OWA) operator and the optimistic WFC-OWA(OWFC-OWA) operator,are proposed.Some of their properties are studied.Based on the PWFC-OWA operator and the OWFC-OWA operator,a new method for multi-attribute decision making,in which the attribute values and the weights are given in the forms of trapezoidal fuzzy number is developed.Finally,a numerical example is given to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
