Proposta para Desenvolvimento de Modelos de Avaliação da Efetividade de Programas de Treinamento

Despite ongoing advances in the area of training, little is understood about the relationship between training programs and organizational performance. Among the reasons, the frequent lack of indicators of organizational results associated with the training programs and the lack of methodological requirements deserve to be mentioned. This article, therefore, presents a proposal for the development of models for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs focused on a tool called logic models. Often used by the area of program evaluation, this tool guides the articulation of the individual and organizational goals of training programs, providing an alternative to the proposition of evaluations of the effectiveness of training programs. From the presentation of a logical model for a course of regional sustainable development, built from documental analysis and focus groups, it was concluded that the logic models facilitate the formation of theoretical models capable of directing the generation of useful assessment results for all the actors involved in the evaluation process
