Wide-Area Measurement and Control for Dynamic Stability

This paper outlines approaches to wide-area dynamics monitoring with a view to actively improving dynamic stability. The paper draws on the experience of Psymetrix Limited and its customers in managing dynamics through measurement-based methods.
