Auxiliary correcting device for automatic guided vehicle (AGV) fork

The invention discloses an auxiliary correcting device for an automatic guided vehicle (AGV) fork. The auxiliary correcting device comprises a baffle, pressure springs, a pressure spring fixing top plate, a pressure spring fixing bottom plate, supporting rods, fixing blocks and supporting rod connecting units. The two fixing blocks are fixed to the center of the bottom surface of the fork and a transmission chain respectively, and the four supporting rods are fixed to the two sides of the fixing blocks through the supporting rod connecting units respectively. Two supporting rods on each side are fixed to the pressure spring fixing bottom plate, the two pressure springs are fixed to the center of the pressure spring fixing bottom plate, and the pressure spring fixing top plate is connected and fixed to the pressure springs and is embedded into the baffle finally. When the AGV fork ascends, the fixing block on the transmission chain moves along with the transmission chain, the supporting rods compress the pressure springs, the pressure springs are stressed and release the stress to the baffle, and the baffle is pushed out for correcting a storage rack. The auxiliary correcting device for the AGV fork is novel and high in correcting accuracy. According to the device, the repeated errors generated in the process of picking and placing cargos by a forklift are reduced or avoided, the cargo forking efficiency is improved, the research value is high and the application prospect is wide.
