A total integration analysis assistance device which performs total integration analysis comprising model-based analysis and shape-based analysis integrated together, and which is characterized by being provided with: a means for displaying a shape model input screen and receiving a shape model and a component part list for the shape model; a means for displaying a model-based analysis input screen and receiving functional block information and association information between functional blocks; and a means for displaying the functional block information and component part list information in a matrix format on an input screen and receiving specification of the components corresponding to the function of each functional block.
