6축 바퀴동력계의 신뢰성 기반 형상최적설계에 관한 연구

Wheel force transducer is a sensing component which measures forces and moments about three orthogonal axes on center of tire contact for the purpose of road load data acquisition from a ground vehicle. In the design of these transducers, number of factors need to be considered. Apart from the manufacturing concerns such as ease of machining and gage installation, two things are required primarily: the predetermined strain level should occur when subjected to rated load, and strains along each axis should respond to their forces predominantly leaving the strains along the other axes at zero level. Another factor is that the component should not fail mechanically during the use of static and fatigue loads. Throughout the literature, many techniques were proposed for the design under there requirements. However, despite that the responses of the component in practice may exhibit variation due to the dimensional and material uncertainties, there was little attempt that incorporated this in the design. This study proposes a more generic approach that takes into account those aspects in the design.
