Characteristic simulation research of hydraulic impact crushing installment based on the large-piece of coal

According to coal mine work characteristic,studied one kind hydraulic impact crushing installment to be able to solve the question of the coal jamming,and analyzed composition and principle of work of the installment,carried on the simulation analysis for the dynamic characteristic of the hydraulic impact crushing installment's impacting process with the power band graph theory and the Matlab software.The simulation results show that the dual accelerating systems which is composed of differential motion cylinder and accumulator both raises the system's working efficiency,and may obtain the quite big impact.Simultaneously contrasted system's characteristic curve under different flow to explain the great flow be advantageous in enhances the system's impacting final velocity.The research indicates that hydraulic impact crushing installment provides the effective method to solve the large pieces of coal jamming in the scraper conveyor's entrance.
