The invention relates to a tobacco block spiral conveying and moisture regaining loosening machine, comprising a spiral moisture regaining device with a feeding hole and a discharging hole, a loosening device positioned at the discharging hole, and a constant-temperature damp and hot air system, wherein the spiral moisture regaining device comprises a central roller, a group of hollow pillars surrounding the central roller, supporting cantilever horizontal stay tubes arranged at the inner sides of the hollow pillars, a mesh tape capable of spirally ascending or descending which surrounds the central roller by the supporting of the supporting cantilever horizontal stay tubes, a heat insulation maintenance device surrounding the mesh tape for protection, an air return cover and an air inletpipe which are positioned at the top of the central roller, a mesh tape driving spindle and a mesh tape driving speed reduction motor which are positioned outside the discharging hole, and a counter weight tensioning device positioned below the mesh tape driving spindle, the mesh tape is pulled out from the discharging hole, moves across the mesh tape driving spindle, then is tensioned by the counter weight tensioning device, externally passes by the bottom of the heat insulation maintenance device, passes by a driven shaft, and then enters from the feeding hole, so as to form a mesh tape with circulating motion, the tube walls of the supporting cantilever horizontal stay tubes are provided with through holes, and the air inlet pipe is connected with the constant-temperature damp and hot air system. The loosening machine can be used for loosening tobacco blocks into tobacco leaves at lower temperature, thus reducing the loss of original flavor of tobacco and broken tobacco leaves, andmeeting the requirements on loosening and moisture regaining of high-grade tobacco leaf raw materials.
